Gohu Ikan is Indonesian ahi poke. A very refreshing taste from Ternate, North of Maluku Islands, Indonesia. Served on bite sized wonton chips, and micro greens garnish.

A local traditional fish soup. Sweet and Sour with rustic Balinese spiced broth served with vegetables Spring rolls and krupuk Udang Shrimp crackers for crunchy elements

Nasi Liwet is a combination of Indonesian Aromatic Spiced Coconut Rice, Ikan Bakar (BBQ Pompano Butterfish), Udang Bakar (BBQ Wild Caught Jumbo Tiger Prawns), Tumis Kangkung (Sauté Water Spinach with Garlic Oyster Sauce), Lalapan (Fresh Raw Lettuce & Cucumber slices), and 3 different sambal (Indonesian hot sauce) condiments.
