Our special menu takes you from Java’s bold tastes to Maluku’s fresh seafood, culminating in Bali’s signature Ayam Betutu—roast chicken slow-cooked with galangal, lemongrass, turmeric, and ginger. Served with coconut jasmine rice, vegetables with grated coconut, spicy Sambal Matah, and crispy peanuts with kaffir lime.

Indonesian dumpling served with fresh made peanut sauce. This particular famous dish is from Bandung West Java, and is often served as a snack by local street food vendors all around the islands.

Sup Labu Kuning
A Pumpkin Bisque with herbs and cumin along with hints of coconut cream flavor. Originally from Manado, North of Sulawesi, this soup is perfect in Fall during the start of the rainy season in Indonesia. A warm hearted soup is always a favorites dish amongst the family. Served with roasted sweet pumpkin along with wonton strips for crunchy an element.

A refreshing julienned carrot and jicama pickled in lemon citrus dressing. Served on top of bed of green salad and lettuce with homemade thousand island dressing. This salad is influenced from Japanese style cuisine which is easy to find throughout Indonesia and is commonly served at weddings.
